Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Saturn LW300, 2003 Saturn LW200, 2003 Saturn L300, and 2003 Saturn L200. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

Fig 1: Removing Temperature Cable Eyelet

Rotate the temperature knob to the full hot position.
Install the cable eyelet onto the HVAC control assembly pin and install the cable housing flag into the slot in the HVAC control assembly until it engages the locking tab.

Connect the electrical connectors to the HVAC control assembly.

NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTIC in Cautions and Notices.

Install the screws that secure the HVAC control assembly to the I/P.
Tighten: Tighten the screws to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).

Connect the radio electrical and antenna connectors.

Install the radio mounting screws.
Tighten: Tighten the screws to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).

Install the radio trim bezel.
