Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the air cleaner outlet resonator. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Resonator Replacement .
  2. Disconnect the accelerator control cable from the throttle body and accelerator bracket.
  3. Fig 1: Identifying Accelerator Control Cable

  4. Remove the 2 accelerator bracket bolts (3).
  5. Remove the accelerator bracket (2) from the throttle body (1).
