Removal Procedure
- Remove the battery. Refer to Battery Replacement .
- Cut the negative battery cable near the conduit and tape the cut-end with electrical tape.
- Disconnect the negative battery cable from the vehicle ground locations, left upper frame rail and transaxle case.
- Pull the conduit back over the remaining cable.
