Installation Procedure

  1. Install the inflator solenoid washer over the fill valve.
  2. Install the inflator solenoid.
    3. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  3. Install the inflator solenoid nut.

    Tighten:  Tighten the inflator solenoid nut to 3 N.m (27 lb in).

  4. Install the inflator solenoid fill valve nut.

    Tighten:  Tighten the inflator solenoid fill valve nut to 3 N.m (27 lb in).

  5. Install the inflator solenoid fill valve cap.

  6. Install the air lines to the inflator solenoid.
  7. Connect the inflator solenoid electrical connector.
  8. Install the left rear quarter trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter (Right) or Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter (Left) in Interior Trim.
  9. Install the ELC/TRAILER fuse.
