Installation Procedure

  1. Use the SA9133T  to install a new seal. See Special Tools . Ensure that the seal is seated flush to the outer bore area.
  2. Install the wheel driveshaft or intermediate drive shaft. Refer to Wheel Drive Shaft Replacement or Intermediate Drive Shaft Replacement in Wheel Drive Shafts.
  3. Install the front tire and wheel assemblies. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (4 Lug Wheel) or Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (5 Lug Wheel) in Tires and Wheels.
  4. Lower the vehicle.
