Installation Procedure

  1. Position the air cleaner lower housing to the side rail.
    2. Fig 2: Identifying Air Cleaner Lower Housing Screws

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  2. Install the air cleaner lower housing screws (1).

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

  3. Install the air cleaner element. Refer to Air Cleaner Element Replacement .
