Removal Procedure

IMPORTANT: It is essential to comply with the instruction for the hydraulic modulator and the electronic brake control module (EBCM). Refer to ABS Control Unit General Repair Specification .

Remove the hydraulic modulator with the EBCM. Refer to Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Replacement .
Remove the EBCM from the modulator.
- Remove the 3 bolts (1).
- Remove the EBCM form the idyllic modulator without tilting it.
- Remove the EBCM from the hydraulic modulator.

Remove the 8 seal rings (1) carefully by hand.
