Input Speed Sensor Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the left front wheel and tire. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Service and Repair).
2. Remove the electrical connector at the input speed sensor.




3. Remove the retaining bolt (75) and the sensor (76).

Installation Procedure





Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

1. Install the speed sensor (76) and the retaining bolt (75).

Tighten the stud to 5 Nm (44 lb in).

2. Install the electrical connector at the sensor.
3. Install the left front wheel and tire. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Service and Repair).
