Inspection Procedure

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
3. Turn the Techstream on.
4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Combination Meter / Active Test.
5. Check the CRUISE main indicator light by performing the Active Test.
   1. Combination Meter

      Indicat Lamp Cruise	Turns CRUISE main indicator light	ON/OFF	-

      OK: Indicator light comes on/goes off. 

NG : REPLACE COMBINATION METER  (See REMOVAL )

OK: Go to next step. 

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
3. Turn the Techstream on.
4. Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Cruise Control / Data List.
5. According to the display on the Techstream, read the "Data List".
   1. Cruise control

      CCS Indicator M-CPU	Cruise indicator signal (Main CPU)/ON or OFF	ON "CRUISE" on OFF "CRUISE" off	-

      OK: When cruise control main switch operation is performed, the result will be same as above. 

NG : REPLACE ECM  (See REMOVAL )

OK : PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE  .
