Shift Lever: Reassembly: Reassembly

INSTALL SHIFT LOCK CONTROL ECU SUB-ASSEMBLY
1. Engage the 3 claws, and install the shift lock control ECU onto the shift lock control unit assembly.

2. Connect the connector.
INSTALL LOWER POSITION INDICATOR HOUSING
1. Engage the 2 claws, and install the lower position indicator housing onto the shift lock control unit assembly.

INSTALL SHIFT LOCK RELEASE SPRING
1. Install the shift lock release spring into the shift lock control unit assembly.
INSTALL SHIFT LOCK RELEASE BUTTON
1. Engage the 2 claws, and install the shift lock release button into the shift lock control unit assembly.

INSTALL NO. 2 POSITION INDICATOR SLIDE COVER
1. Install the No. 2 slide cover onto the slide cover.

INSTALL POSITION INDICATOR SLIDE COVER
1. Install the slide cover onto the shift lock control unit assembly.

INSTALL POSITION INDICATOR LIGHT GUIDE
1. Engage the 4 claws, and install the position indicator light guide onto the shift lock control unit assembly.

INSTALL INDICATOR LIGHT WIRE SUB-ASSEMBLY
1. Securely connect the 2 wire terminals to terminal 7 (ILL+) and 14 (ILL-) of the transmission control switch connector. Then push the connector housing retainer to lock it.

2. Connect the transmission control switch connector onto the shift lock control unit assembly.

3. Connect the indicator light wire onto the 7 clamps of the shift lock control unit assembly.
4. Align the wire with the key part of the lower position indicator housing. Then rotate the wire clockwise until it locks.
INSTALL SHIFT LOCK RELEASE BUTTON COVER
1. Install the shift lock release button cover onto the position indicator housing.

INSTALL FLOOR SHIFT POSITION INDICATOR HOUSING SUB-ASSEMBLY
1. Engage the 4 claws, and install the position indicator housing onto the shift lock control unit assembly.
