Steering Angle Sensor: Removal: Removal
WARNING:

- TURN FRONT WHEELS FACING STRAIGHT AHEAD
- DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL WARNING:
Wait for 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable to prevent airbag deployment.
- REMOVE STEERING PAD . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 2
- REMOVE STEERING WHEEL ASSEMBLY . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 4
- REMOVE STEERING COLUMN LOWER COVER . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 5
- REMOVE STEERING COLUMN UPPER COVER . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 6
- REMOVE SPIRAL CABLE . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 7
- REMOVE STEERING ANGLE SENSOR
- Disengage the 6 claws and 2 pins, and remove the steering angle sensor from the spiral cable.
