System Oil Capacity (3) 5.8-5.9 ozs.
Refrigerant (R-134a) Capacity 19.4-22.8 ozs.
System Operating Pressures (4)
High Side 413-441 psi (29-31 kg/cm2 )
Low Side (5) 23-31 psi (1.6-2.2 kg/cm2 )
(1) With 22 lbs. (10 kg) pressure applied at center of longest span.
(2) When replacing belt with NEW one, readjust tension after running engine for 5 minutes.
(3) Use DH-PR oil. If replacing compressor, drain oil from old and new compressor and add the same amount of oil drained from old compressor to the new compressor.
(4) Operating range of dual-pressure switch.
(5) Off-to-on operating pressure listed. On-to-off operating pressure is 23-29 psi (1.6-2.0 kg/cm2 ).
