2 CHECK GROUND CIRCUIT OF ECM.

4 CHECK HARNESS BETWEEN ECM AND MAIN RELAY CONNECTOR.

Is the resistance more than 1 MΩ? | Go to step 5. | Repair the ground short circuit in harness between ECM connector and main relay connector, and then replace ECM. |
5 CHECK OUTPUT VOLTAGE FROM ECM.
