Power Window Control Switch: Inspection: Sub-Switch

Remove the sub-switch. <Ref. to REMOVAL , Power Window Control Switch.>

Measure the switch resistance.

RESISTANCE SPECIFICATION

	Switch position	Terminal No.	Standard
Passenger's seat, rear	UP	8 and 5 7 and 4	Less than 1 Ω
	OFF	8 and 5 8 and 7	1 MΩ or more
	OFF	5 and 6 7 and 4	Less than 1 Ω
	DOWN	8 and 7 5 and 6	Less than 1 Ω

Replace the sub-switch if faulty.
