Center Differential: Installation

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Install the center differential and transfer driven gear into the transfer case as a unit. Refer to INSTALLATION .
  2. Select a thrust washer. Refer to INSTALLATION .
  3. Install the transfer driven gear. Refer to INSTALLATION .
  4. Install the extension case assembly. Refer to INSTALLATION .
  5. Install the transfer case together with the extension case assembly. Refer to INSTALLATION .
  6. Install the back-up light switch and the neutral position switch. Refer to INSTALLATION .
  7. Install the manual transmission assembly to the vehicle. Refer to INSTALLATION .
