Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor: Removal

  1. Remove the collector cover.
  2. Disconnect the ground cable from battery.

  3. Remove the generator. < Refer to REMOVAL , Generator. >
  4. Drain engine coolant. < Refer to DRAINING OF ENGINE COOLANT , REPLACEMENT, Engine Coolant. >
  5. Disconnect the connector (A) from the engine coolant temperature sensor, and remove the engine coolant temperature sensor.
