Stop Light Switch: Adjustment

NOTE:
Adjustment is applied only to HEV model.
- Insert the switch - stop light (a) all the way to the stopper (b) by pulling up the brake pedal (c).
- Install the switch - stop light by turning clockwise.
CAUTION:
In installation, turning the switch - stop light clockwise moves the switch - stop light approx. 1 mm (0.04 in) backward. Therefore the clearance is automatically adjusted.
Insert the switch - stop light all the way to the stopper. Then check that the clearance (A) between the end of switch - stop light and the stopper is 1 mm - 2 mm (0.04 in - 0.08 in).
