Oil Level Switch: Removal

  1. Disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
  2. Remove the under cover. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>Front Under Cover>REMOVAL .
  3. Drain the engine oil. Ref. to LUBRICATION(H4DO)>Engine Oil>REPLACEMENT .
  4. Disconnect the oil level switch connector from the engine wiring harness, and remove the clip (A) securing the harness.

  5. Remove clip (A) from the oil pan upper, and remove the oil level switch.
