Headlight Assembly: Removal

CAUTION: Do not perform work with wet hands, because there is a possibility of electrical shock.

Disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor. Refer to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
Remove the air intake duct.
- H4DO model: Refer to INTAKE (INDUCTION) (H4DO)>Air Intake Duct>REMOVAL .
- H4DOTC model: Refer to INTAKE (INDUCTION) (H4DOTC)>Air Intake Duct>REMOVAL .
Remove the clips, and remove the cover UPR front.

Remove the bumper face front. Refer to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>Front Bumper>REMOVAL .
Remove the bolts and clips, and remove the energy absorber plate UPR.

Remove the clip, and remove the cover fender UPR.

Remove the access buzzer. (When the light assembly head on the left side is removed)
Refer to SECURITY AND LOCKS>Access Buzzer>REMOVAL .
Remove the bolts and clips, and remove the bracket corner front.

Remove the light assembly head.
CAUTION: Be careful not to damage the headlight assembly and the fender COMPL front.
1. Disconnect the connector.
2. Remove the bolts and clips, and remove the light assembly head.
