Ball Joint: Removal

  1. Lift up the vehicle, and then remove the front wheels.
  2. Remove the ball joint COMPL.
  1. Remove the cotter pin (a).
  2. Remove the castle nut (b) and washer (c).
  3. Use a ball joint puller (d) to detach the arm COMPL front (e).

    Preparation tool:

    Ball joint puller

  4. Remove the bolt and pull out the ball joint COMPL.
