Section 16 (Engine Starting System & Charging System): Battery: Removal

- Disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NO: TE>BATTERY .
- Disconnect the connector from battery sensor. (When the battery is not replaced)
- Remove the battery sensor. (When replacing the battery) Ref. to STARTING/CHARGING SYSTEMS (H4DOTC)>BATTERY SENSOR>REMOVAL .
- Disconnect the positive terminal of battery.
- Remove the battery cable holder.
- Remove the battery holder.
- Remove the battery.
