Accumulator Piston
- Install the C2 accumulator piston.
- Using a flat tip screwdriver wrapped with protection tape, install the spring and the snap ring.CAUTION: Be careful not to damage the C2 accumulator piston.
(A) Snap ring (B) Spring (C) C2 accumulator piston - Using a new O-ring (C), install the C2 accumulator piston (A) and spring (B).NOTE: Apply ATF to the O-ring.
- Using a flat tip screwdriver wrapped with protection tape, install the spring and the snap ring.
- Install the B3 accumulator piston.
- Using a flat tip screwdriver wrapped with protection tape, install the snap ring and the spring.CAUTION: Be careful not to damage the B3 accumulator piston.
(A) Snap ring (B) Spring (C) B3 accumulator piston - Using a new O-ring (C), install the B3 accumulator piston (A) and spring (B).NOTE: Apply ATF to the O-ring.
- Using a flat tip screwdriver wrapped with protection tape, install the snap ring and the spring.
- Install the C3 accumulator piston.
- Using a new O-ring (D), install the C3 accumulator piston (A), spring (B), and spring (C).NOTE: Apply ATF to the O-ring.
- Using a new O-ring (D), install the C3 accumulator piston (A), spring (B), and spring (C).
- Install the B1 accumulator piston (A) and spring (B).
- Install the control valve body. Ref. to AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION>CONTROL VALVE BODY>INSTALLATION>CONTROL VALVE BODY .
- Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
- Perform the [Clear AT learning value] using Subaru Select Monitor. Ref. to TRANSMISSION (DIAGNOSTICS)>WORK SUPPORT>LIST>CLEAR THE AT LEARNED INFORMATION .
- Fill ATF. Ref. to AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION>AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID>INSPECTION>FILL ATF .
