Turbine Speed Sensor: Installation

CAUTION: If water or oil contacts the connector terminal of turbine speed sensor, replace it with a new part.

Install the turbine speed sensor using a new O-ring, and connect the connector.
CAUTION: Check the installation condition of the turbine speed sensor.

(A) Clearance

NOTE: Apply ATF to the O-ring.

Tightening torque:

5.4 N.m (0.6 kgf-m, 4.0 ft-lb)
Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
Check the ATF level. Ref. to AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION>AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID>INSPECTION>ADJUST ATF LEVEL .
