Transmission Harness: Installation

Connect the transmission harness to the control valve body. Ref. to CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION (TR580)>CONTROL VALVE BODY>INSTALLATION .

Connect the connector and ground terminal as shown in the figure, and install the clips.

CAUTION:

Pass the electric oil pump ground wire under the electric oil pump signal line.

NOTE:

Let the ground terminal come into contact with the stopper (a) and tighten the bolt.

Tightening torque:

13 N.m (1.3 kgf-m, 9.6 ft-lb)

Install the air breather hose. Ref. to CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION (TR580)>AIR BREATHER HOSE>INSTALLATION .
