Oil Pressure Switch: Removal

CAUTION: If the engine oil is spilled over the engine, exhaust pipe or the under cover, completely wipe it off to avoid emission of smoke or causing a fire.

Disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
Remove the rubber cap and disconnect the terminal.

Remove the oil pressure switch.
CAUTION: Use cloth to catch the engine oil in order to prevent it from splashing.

Remove seal material from the oil pressure switch and the thread portions of the chain cover.
