Liftgate Assembly - Remove And Install: Installation

Installation procedure is the reverse of removal, except for the following:

• Remove the location marks from the body.
• Adjust the liftgate for proper gap and flushness.
• For vehicles with Active Spoiler:
  1. Connect a laptop with Toolbox 3 to the vehicle.
  2. Unlock the vehicle gateway. See Gateway Unlock .
  3. In Toolbox 3, click the Actions  tab, type "X_Spoiler" into the search field, click PROC_BCREAR_X_SPOILER  , click Run  , and allow the routine to complete.
  4. Disconnect Toolbox and remove the laptop from the vehicle.
