Surround - Steering Wheel - Remove And Replace: Install

Position the lower spoke cover onto the steering wheel surround, and then install the bolts.
0.9 N.m

NOTE: Insert the lower edge of the lower spoke.

Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- T10 Torx bit

Install the bolts that attach the steering wheel controller to the steering wheel surround.
0.9 N.m

Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- T10 Torx bit

Position the LH steering wheel switch onto the steering wheel surround, and then install the bolts.
0.9 N.m

NOTE: Take note of the correct installation position.

Position the RH steering wheel switch onto the steering wheel surround, and then install the bolts.
0.9 N.m

- T10 Torx bit

Position the steering wheel surround onto the steering wheel, and then install the bolts.
5.4 N.m

Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- T20 socket
- 4 in extension

Position the horn to the steering wheel assembly, and then fasten the clips.

Connect the LH steering wheel switch electrical connector. Repeat this step for the RH steering wheel switch electrical connector.

Connect the lower connection from the steering wheel controller, and then remove the horn assembly from the steering wheel.

Connect the steering wheel electrical wiring harness connector.

Install the driver airbag. See AIRBAG - DRIVER (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .
Connect 12V power. See 12V/LV POWER (DISCONNECT AND CONNECT) .
Install the HEPA filter assembly. See ASSEMBLY - FILTER - HEPA (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .
