Throttle Position Sensor: Adjustments

Fig. 75 Adjusting T.P.:

1. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the TP diaphragm and plug the hose, Fig. 75.
2. Remove and plug hose to EGR valve. (if equipped)
3. Check that the TP is set against the throttle lever and start the engine.
4. Setting should be 1400 RPM.
