Coolant Temperature Sensor (CTS)

The Coolant Temperature Sensor (CTS) is installed in the engine block. This sensor is a thermistor which converts temperature of engine coolant to an electrical signal for use by ECU. The ECU uses CTS information for controlling fuel injection duration.
