Throttle Position Sensor (TPS)
- Loosen 2 TPS retaining screws. Insert a .030" (.75 mm) thickness gauge between throttle stop screw and throttle. With ignition off and electrical connector disconnected, connect ohmmeter between terminals IDL and E1.
- Gradually turn TPS counterclockwise until ohmmeter needle deflects. Secure TPS retaining screws.
