Front Speed Sensor

Disconnect speed sensor connector. Using a DVOM, measure resistance between terminals of sensor. See Figure, Figure, Figure or Figure . Resistance reading should be 1200-1600 ohms on Cressida, 800-1300 ohms on Supra, and 850-1300 ohms on all other models. If reading is not as specified, replace sensor. Check that there is no continuity between either terminal of sensor and sensor body. If there is continuity, replace sensor.
