Cold Enrichment Breaker System No. 1: Tercel

  1. Remove Vacuum Control Valve (VCV). Apply 11.81 in. hg vacuum on M/T or 7.87 in. hg vacuum on A/T to nozzle "S". See Fig 1.
  2. Blow air into nozzle "Y". Air should discharge from nozzle "Z". Release applied vacuum. Blow air into nozzle "Y". Air should not discharge from nozzle "Z". See Fig 1. If VCV does not function as described, replace valve.
