Air Control Valve

Start engine. Ensure A/C is off. Turn steering wheel right and left. Ensure engine RPM does not decrease more than 50 RPM. Pinch air hose shut. Turn steering wheel right and left. Ensure engine RPM decreases about 200 RPM. If system fails any of these tests, check vacuum hoses and air control valve.
