Engine Compartment Access

NOTE: Manufacturer does not specify if access to engine compartment is possible from under vehicle. This procedure enables access to engine components from top of vehicle.
  1. Remove 3 screws and scuff plate.
  2. Remove bolt and disconnect passenger seat belt from front floor panel.
  3. Remove 4 bolts and passenger front seat. See Fig 1.
  4. Remove 2 bolts and passenger front seat support. See Fig 2.
  5. Remove 2 bolts and jack holder. See Fig 3.
  6. Remove 9 bolts and passenger engine service hole cover. See Fig 3.
