Taillight Control Relay Circuit

Turn ignition off and disconnect ATS ECU connector. Ensure battery voltage between ground and ECU terminal No. B13 (with power door locks, Green/Red wire). If battery voltage is not present, repair open or short in taillight control relay circuit. If battery voltage is present, replace ATS ECU and retest system.
