Turn ignition off and disconnect ATS ECU connector. Ensure battery voltage exists between ground and harness side connector terminal A20 (with power locks) or No. 17 (without power locks). If battery voltage is present, go to next step. If battery voltage is not present, repair open in harness or connectors as necessary.
