Ignition System: Distributor: Removal

- Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove air intake connector. Record positions of spark plugs wires in distributor cap. Disconnect spark plugs wires from distributor cap, using small screwdriver to release clips. Disconnect distributor electrical connector.
- Set cylinder No. 1 to TDC of compression stroke. Remove distributor hold-down bolt and remove distributor. Remove "O" ring from distributor housing and discard.
