Removal & Installation: Notes
WARNING:
Vehicle is equipped with a driver's side air bag. Use extreme caution while servicing components on steering column. Ensure ignition switch is in LOCK position and negative battery cable is disconnected for at least one minute before starting service. DO NOT apply electrical power to any component on steering column without disconnecting air bag control unit. Information labels are attached to air bag components. Follow all notices on labels. Use only DVOM with minimum of 10-k/ohms impedance to check ANY circuit.
