Throttle Body: Installation

  1. To install, reverse removal procedure using NEW gaskets. Ensure gasket for throttle body is installed with protrusion facing downward. See Fig 1.
    CAUTION: Cooling system must be properly bleed when refilling cooling system. See COOLING SYSTEM BLEEDING .
  2. Tighten bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Fill and bleed cooling system. See COOLING SYSTEM BLEEDING .
