Throttle Body: Installation

  1. To install, reverse removal procedure using NEW gaskets. Ensure gasket for throttle body is installed with protrusion facing downward. See Figure.
  2. Tighten bolts/nuts to specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Fill cooling system.


  1. To install, reverse removal procedure using NEW gaskets and "O" ring. Ensure gasket for throttle body is installed with protrusion facing proper direction. See Fig 1.
  2. Tighten bolts/nuts to specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Fill cooling system.
