Cruise Control Main Relay Test

  1. Locate cruise control main relay. See Figure. Disconnect relay 6-pin connector. Connect positive battery lead to relay terminal No. 2 (Blue/Red wire) and negative battery lead to terminal No. 3 (White/Black wire) and terminal No. 4 (Green/Black wire).
  2. Connect voltmeter positive lead to relay terminal No. 6 (Yellow wire) and negative lead to relay terminal No. 3 (White/Black wire). Ensure battery voltage is present. Move voltmeter positive lead to relay terminal No. 1 (Blue wire) and ensure 0.3 volt is present. If voltage is not as specified, replace relay.
