Ignition System: Distributor: Overhaul

Only rotor is serviceable. Remove rotor from distributor. To check pick-up coil, see PICK-UP COIL RESISTANCE and PICK-UP COIL AIR GAP under IGNITION CHECKS (DISTRIBUTOR TYPE IGNITION SYSTEM) in BASIC TESTING article. Pick-up coil and distributor must be replaced as an assembly if defective.
