Circuit Description
Built into Throttle Position Sensor (TPS), the closed throttle position switch turns off whenever the throttle position is NOT fully closed. Code is set when ECM never receives a ON signal from switch. Possible causes are:
- Closed throttle position switch open circuit.
- Closed throttle position switch.
- ECM.
NOTE:
If trouble Codes P0105, P0106, P0110, P0115 and P0120 are output simultaneously, ground (E2) circuit may be open.
