Removal & Installation

  1. Disconnect electrical connector from camshaft position sensor. Camshaft position sensor is located on rear of cylinder head, just below valve cover. See Fig 1. Remove bolt and camshaft position sensor from cylinder head.
  2. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten bolt to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
