Removal & Installation (2WD 1/2 Ton)

  1. Drain cooling system. Disconnect coolant hose and vacuum hose at EGR valve. Remove EGR pipe and gaskets. Remove EGR valve.
  2. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten bolts/nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  table. Fill cooling system.
