Removal & Installation
- Camshaft position sensor is located behind upper timing belt cover, near passenger's side camshaft sprocket. See Fig 1.
- Drain cooling system. Remove upper radiator hose. Remove necessary components for removal of upper timing belt cover. Remove upper timing belt cover and gasket. Remove camshaft position sensor.
- To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS table.
