Removal & Installation (Tacoma With A/T, T100 With A/T & 4Runner With A/T)

1. Remove EGR check valve from vacuum hose. EGR check valve is located in the vacuum hose between intake manifold and top of EGR vacuum modulator. See Figure. EGR check valve contains an Orange-colored side and a Black-colored side.
2. To install, reverse removal procedure. Ensure EGR check valve is installed with Orange-colored side of EGR check valve toward EGR vacuum modulator.
