Circuit Description

ECM determines cruise control operation from electrical load signals from cruise control switch, throttle position sensor, vehicle speed sensor, etc. If there is a malfunction, ECM will prohibit cruise control operation and CRUISE indicator in instrument cluster will illuminate. Possible cause is defective ECM.
