Taillight Relay

Remove taillight relay. Check continuity between taillight relay terminals No. 1 and 2. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . Continuity should exist. Using jumper wires, connect positive battery lead to terminal No. 1 and apply negative battery lead to terminal No. 2. Check continuity between terminals No. 3 and 5. Continuity should exist while battery voltage is applied. Continuity should not exist when battery voltage is removed. If continuity is not as specified, replace taillight relay.
