RES/ACC Switch

Set cruise control switch to RES/ACC position and hold. If CRUISE control indicator light flashes 3 times (repeating), indicating a normal Function Code 3, RES/ACCEL circuit is okay. Go to next step. If CRUISE control indicator light does not flash 3 times (repeating), see SYMPTOM TESTS and perform appropriate test(s).
